Most importantly, he HAS YOUR BACK! Another realtor company was trying to force us into a dual representation scenario, and Mitch came through for us as our realtor instead. As your agent, he has your best interest 1000% and is always going to go the extra mile. Our bank lender dropped the ball at the 11th hour, and if it wasn't for Mitch's suggestion that pleased the seller, bank, and us (buyers) - we would not have met our closing date. Due to budgetary and location based restraints, my home buying process took a bit longer than most.
