Mitch Rolsky did a superb job selling my condo. I'm convinced that he's one of the best, if not the best, realtor if you're buying or selling in downtown Indy. I think the key to his success is pricing homes correctly, based on real-time data and prices of specific "competing" homes for sale.
Several other units in my building were for sale when my place was listed, but mine sold before those did. Two of those units were comparable to mine; one was the same price and the other was priced (very) "aspirationally." They were both on the market before my place was listed and were on the market after I'd found a buyer.

I've dealt with many realtors. There is simply no realtor like Mitch. His attention to details is #1. His involvement, pro-activity, and investment of time into the entire process, including market research, staging, and extensively modifying complex purchase agreements, is unheard of. His bull-dog-like protection of his client's makes him the best advocate, protector, and negotiator you could ever have in your corner. He is extremely accessible and dependable. His knowledge about construction is amazing and quite useful to clients. His knowledge of local real estate is phenomenal. I gave him the highest possible ratings, including excellence in all categories, except "good" in politeness which is the optimal rating for politeness for a realtor, because he is honest and "tells it like it is" to protect his clients while also negotiating reasonably and fairly.

We have worked with Mitch twice in the purchase of a downtown Indy home and then with the subsequent sale of the same house just over 2 years later. Mitch's guidance allowed us to purchase the home in a desirable location at a price level that was at the lower end of the market range at that time. During the sale of the home, Mitch paid no attention to what the home was sold for earlier but focused on what the market would bear. Mitch focused on selling the value of the home and the location as opposed to price. He knows the market extensively and set a selling price and sales strategy that worked perfectly in a softening seller's market.

First met Mitch at a Landmarks Preservation Hearing, arguing to block development of a lot immediately adjacent to our landmarked building. When I asked him why he was there, he responded that he owed it to the many clients whom he had helped purchased condos here. That is real commitment.
I quickly learned that Mitch was the most knowledgeable and prolific agent in downtown Indy.
Mitch is great! To start with, he is the hardest working person in Real Estate. If you e-mail Mitch at midnight, you get an immediate response. The buyer was in a rush so we had some late nights and Mitch had some early mornings. Since we live 700 miles away there were many things we could not do to facilitate the sales process. Mitch covered all that for us. He changed the filters on the A/C system, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, and never voided a single complaint. He was very impressive throughout.

Mitch worked extremely well with my 89 year old mother. He was able to present the information in a way she was able to understand, simply and with respect.
