Real Silk Lofts The Real Silk Hosiery Mills in Indianapolis was the largest shipper of COD parcel post packages. It was founded by brothers Jack and Lazure Goodwin in 1922. They were very successful and were one of the three biggest manufacturing units in the industry.

Most units have a handful of stairs that typically lead to the loft area and/or baths.

Most units only have 1 parking space and some units have none. There is a small first come first serve common parking lot by the front door and there is free parking on Park and North Ave. (Note as you might expect finding parking after 5:oo PM Thursday through Saturday evenings can be very tough.)
