It wouldn't be tough to have short days on the market if sellers were willing to "give their places away!" However, Mitch's downtown condo and townhouse Sellers enjoy the highest average dollars/square foot AND ALSO still benefit from the shortest days on market! 

When Mitch was the Seller's Agent, Looking at the big picture since 2009 during both Seller's & Buyer's Markets, Mitch's Sellers saw their average time on market at 61.57 days. While that might seem high, Mitch's Sellers were actually on the market for ONLY 40% of the over 5 months (153.28 average days on market) as the Sellers who had one of the other top 3 Seller's agents! 

And if you look at the last Seller's Market, which was going strong in 2017 and ended because of COVID19, Mitch's downtown condo and townhouse sellers on average enjoyed having their properties on the market for ONLY 19 days which was less than 20% of the over 3 months (95+ days on average) for the Sellers who had obe of the other top 3 Seller's Agents.
